Crossroads Health Launches New Brand, Services “Recovery and mental health services for everyone”
MENTOR, OH (January 8, 2020) – During the past two years, Crossroads of Lake County and Beacon Health merged to form Crossroads Health. The merger is responsive to greater mental health needs of both children and adults in Lake County. Now, Crossroads Health offers a continuum of recovery and mental health programs and services for all people, at any age or stage of life. As always, quality of client care is foremost in services that include: Psychiatry & Medication Management, Intensive Services, Early Childhood Services, School & Community Training & Education, Criminal Justice Services, Substance Abuse & Dual Diagnosis Services, Outpatient Services, Community & Home-based Services, and Specialized Services.
On January 8, 2020, Crossroads Health officially launches a new branding campaign to underscore the accessibility of their client-centered services. Crossroads Health Chief Executive Officer, Mike Matoney, states: “One of our core values is commitment to clients and this merger will help us to be more effective in meeting the community’s needs. Our clients and their families will receive better, more efficient service as a result of our ability to now provide mental and behavioral healthcare for the entire family.”
Both organizations have been long-time recipients of funding and support from the Lake County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board. Executive Director, Kimberly Fraser says her organization enthusiastically supports the merger. “Both of these agencies have been key players in our system and we believe the new whole will truly be greater than the sum of its parts. This is the right thing to do and the right time to do it.”
All locations in Lake County will remain open and staffing levels will be maintained. Clients who have questions are welcome to call (440)-255-1700 or (440)-354-9924.
