We start with a thorough assessment of the problem your family is facing. Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will determine which services are best for you. Our staff will work with you to create a treatment plan and connect you with the right help, both here at Crossroads Health and in your community.
At your assessment appointment, we will gather basic information and review payment arrangements. Crossroads Health accepts public and private insurance. Walk-in inquiries welcome.
