MENTOR, OH (August 16, 2016) – Crossroads is pleased to announce the promotion of Amber Thomas to the position of Chief Clinical Officer. She has worked for Crossroads for over 15 years in positions ranging from direct service provider to clinical supervisor and administrator.
Crossroads’ CEO, Mike Matoney says “Amber is a gifted and unique professional, having been named this year’s Child Advocate of the Year by the Lake County Department of Job and Family Services. We are extremely pleased to have her on our team, she is dedicated, mission driven, widely-respected and her expertise speaks for itself.”

Thomas has a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from John Carroll University and specializes in the treatment of children with Complex Trauma, Attachment and Bonding Disturbances and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
