Walk-in hours for assessments:
Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Primary Care walk-in hours:
Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30pm
