Sometimes patients miss their follow-up appointments or find that they need to cancel at the last minute. We encourage patients to avoid this as much as possible, but if it does happen, we offer daily No-Show Clinics with our highly qualified nurses. Gone are the days of needing to wait to get a new appointment — we can see you any day Monday through Friday — providing the security to our patients to know that they will have consistent access to their medications, and comfort that their health needs or presence of side effects are being monitored and responded to.

At the end of these brief appointments, you can reschedule with your provider, and our nursing team can help you get a bridge script of your medication until your appointment. In these appointments, we can also help address any barriers to consistently attending appointments, as your access to care is our priority.

We welcome you to walk in Monday – Friday between 9:00 and 4:30, but we also offer dedicated times for the No-Show Clinics as follows:

Monday: 10:00 – 11:00
Tuesday: 4:00 – 5:00
Wednesday: 9:00 – 10:00
Thursday: 2:00 – 3:00
Friday: 12:00 – 1:00
