Crossroads Makes Seamless Leadership Transition “Familiar Face, New Title”
MENTOR, OH (December 11, 2015) – Crossroads is pleased to announce the promotion of Annmarie Gunsch to the position of Director of Early Childhood Services (ECS). Since 2011, Gunsch has been a clinical supervisor at Crossroads ECS and prior to that promotion she served as a clinician for 3 years. Her work history includes the Lake County General Health District and the Lake County Department of Job and Family Services. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Service Administration and is a licensed independent social worker with a supervisory designation.
Crossroads’ CEO, Mike Matoney says “We are fortunate to have such talented staff and we are proud to have a work environment that challenges, inspires, and promotes it’s most talented and dedicated employees.”
Gunsch’s promotion comes on the heels of the recent resignation of long-time Director of Crossroads Early Childhood Services Amy Korsch-Williams, who accepted a position as the Director of Field Education at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Korsch-Williams says “Leaving my position is quite bitter sweet as I have enjoyed my time tremendously over the last 8 years with Crossroads. I am honored to have the opportunity to transition my responsibilities to one of our own staff, whom I have worked so closely with over the years. I will miss Crossroads a great deal but I am confident in Annmarie’s abilities as well as the rest of our very talented team members.”
The transition in leadership at Crossroads Early Childhood Services will be complete before the end of the year.
