Help Bring Hope, Healing, and Healthcare to Our Community

Every person deserves the chance to live a healthier life. Your generosity helps Crossroads Health provide care and support to children, adults, and families in Lake, Cuyahoga, and surrounding communities.

As a community-based nonprofit, Crossroads Health relies on the support of people and organizations who believe everyone deserves access to care. Your gift helps us continue our mission of providing hope, healing, and healthcare to everyone.

Thank You for Supporting Our Community

Crossroads Health has a long history of community support. Generous individuals, foundations, public agencies, schools, and healthcare partners have helped make our work possible.

We are grateful to the partners and supporters who share our belief that everyone deserves access to behavioral healthcare and other essential services. Your support helps us continue serving our community.

Crossroads Health is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Community Partners and Philanthropic Support

Throughout our history, Crossroads Health and its predecessor organizations have been supported by visionary community leaders, philanthropic partners, government agencies, and healthcare advocates who believed that behavioral healthcare should be accessible to everyone.

Key supporters have included:

  • Lake County ADAMHS Board, a longstanding funding and strategic partner for both Crossroads and Beacon Health.
  • May Hayden Estate, whose generous bequest established a transformative endowment for Crossroads.
  • FJ O’Neill Foundation, which established an endowment for New Directions.
  • George and Nancy Hanna.
  • The Jo Toomey HUGS Foundation, led by Dianne Vogt for 14 years, to support financial needs of adolescents’ substance use treatment and their families.
  • United Way of Lake County.
  • Community foundations and merger-support collaboratives active in Northeast Ohio, including The Funders Collaborative, led by The Cleveland Foundation.
  • School districts and educational partners throughout Northeast Ohio.
  • Federal and state behavioral health and early childhood funding agencies.
  • Individual donors, foundations, volunteers, and community advocates.
  • The families, clients, and community partners who entrust us with their care.

Honoring the New Directions Legacy

Crossroads Health’s history includes a commitment to helping young people and families affected by substance use.

Before merging with Crossroads Health, New Directions was a private nonprofit organization that provided treatment and support for youth struggling with addiction.

The HUGS Foundation, founded and led by Dianne Vogt for more than 14 years, helped fund room and board and residential treatment at New Directions.

Today, the New Directions Legacy Fund continues that commitment. The fund provides financial support to help families with children affected by substance use disorder access treatment, recovery support, and family stabilization services.
